Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen verification steps. Web / Email Deletion Request: Send an email from your registered email address to support@bdaidfoundation.org or visit Faith.bdaidfoundation.org/delete-account. Subject line: Account Deletion Request - [Your Registered Phone Number] . 2.4 Data Retention Upon Deletion Upon successful deletion: Your account profile, credentials, saved payment methods, and non-transactional personal data will be purged within 30 calendar days. Statutory Exceptions: Certain financial transaction records, loan contracts, and identity verification logs must be retained for up to 5 years to comply with statutory anti-money laundering (AML) and financial audit laws.
